HMI Researcher (m/f)

Job Specifics

  • As HMI Researcher you support a global team in the development of HMI (Human Machine Interface) concepts
  • Identify user needs, understand competitive and own position from a user point of view
  • Derive conceptual requirements for the HMI
  • Test HMI concepts in iterative customer clinics
  • Prepare presentations for management sign-off
  • Coordinate customer clinic activities

The ideal Candidate

  • University degree in Human Factors, Psychology, or Ergonomics
  • Highly skilled in Human Factors / Psychological Research & quantitative / experimental methods (e.g. SPSS statistical tools)
  • Capable of identifying the real customer needs and to translate it into an appropriate user interface design
  • Able to work independently in a cross-functional team
  • Experience in management of HMI / Human Factors projects
  • Experience in the automotive area or other product developments related to user interface concept development
  • User interface design or development of user interfaces
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory
