Project Analyst - Automotive

Job Specifics

In your role as Project Manager you will support the coordination of product development projects. In this position you will be responsible for the implementation of project objectives, regarding cost, quality and timing. Your main tasks will include project management, reporting and the coordination of internal and external departments in the UK.
  • Supporting the program team and Programme Manager through effective communication and coordination
  • Assisting the program team in meeting internal and external project milestones regarding timing, cost, quality
  • Managing World Engineering Release System (WERS)
  • Facilitating interaction with the customer and suppliers and internally where required
  • Ensuring compliance to all Company and plant health, safety and environmental work practices and procedures along with legislative requirements

The ideal Candidate

  • University degree in Engineering, technical or equivalent degree (BSc or higher)
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational, time management and prioritising skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects along with outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills on all levels, team-oriented approach and leadership ability
  • Flexible approach and ability to work well under pressure
  • Proactive, analytical and goal-oriented approach with ability to prioritise workload efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project; Lotus Notes
  • Fluency in written and oral English, any additional languages would be advantageous
  • UK work permit & valid passport for travel to support development trips in EU
